Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Delivery options

Shipping is free on UK orders over £75 and £5 on orders under £75

All jewellery will be sent by Royal Mail signed for which will include tracking and insurance of your item while in transit.

Do you ship overseas?

International orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Worldwide which is a fully insured service. The delivery aim is 6-7 working days to the rest of the World but this can vary at different times of the year. Items can also be delayed in customs. Please note that you are responsible for any import/tax charges incurred when you parcel clears customs.

Unfortunately due to recent Brexit legislation, I am temporarily unable to ship to Europe.

Dispatch Times

You will receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped. If you choose to create an online account when you check out, you can login at any time to check your order status.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes - local pick up from my workshop in Cornhill on Tweed is available. I'll contact you when your order is ready to arrange a collection time.

Returns & Refunds

I hope you will be thrilled with your beautiful jewellery. Every possible care will be taken to ensure that your jewellery arrives safely, but if there has been damage caused in transit please contact me within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

If you have changed your mind, then again please contact me within 14 calendar days to organise its return and a refund or replacement. You will need to return your jewellery in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Return postage costs can only be refunded if the item was faulty or the incorrect item was sent.

I will be unable to provide refunds or replacements where damage has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Please note that tarnishing is not a fault. Please see here for information on how to care for your jewellery.

I strongly recommend that you return your jewellery using tracked delivery, and want to emphasise that jewellery is only insured in transit when posted using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. Any other delivery method is at your own risk and we will be unable to refund items lost in transit where they are not insured in transit.

I regret that we cannot offer refunds on earrings for health and safety reasons unless faulty.

Custom orders, personalised jewellery or commissions (i.e. those made to a requested size not generally listed on the website or with personalisation) may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

In the unfortunate event that your parcel has been lost in transit, I will either issue you with a refund or replacement (if the items are available).

Please note that I am not able to offer a refund/replacement until: 15 working days (UK orders) or 25 working days (International orders) excluding weekends and public holidays have passed since the item's expected arrival date as the Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost until this time.

Packaging

Receiving and opening your parcel should be a special experience. Your jewellery will arrive in a beautiful branded eco friendly jewellery gift box with a small complimentary polishing cloth and cleaning instructions to keep it looking as good as the day you receive it.

I use eco friendly recycled packaging wherever possible.

Gift Wrap

 If you’re sending a gift directly to the recipient, please let me know and a handwritten note can be enclosed with the order.

You can also choose to have your order luxury gift wrapped at no extra cost.

Do you offer jewellery repairs/remodels?

I'm afraid that I don't repair or remodel jewellery but I can recommend Artizan Jewellery Boutique in Melrose.
